Our sweet daughter Chloe MJ was born SEPTEMBER 2023, with a very rare Critical Congenital Heart Defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia &MAPCAs with a large VSD.

Since birth, Chloe has endured a rollercoaster of procedures, surgeries, and setbacks. Her tiny but brave heart has been thru:

•2 Open Heart Surgeries

•Multiple CT scans

•Multiple Cardiac Caths

•Multiple angioplasties since then

Respiratory infections all winter would schedule us out over a month at a time, to be safe

 Despite these efforts, Chloe’s pulmonary arteries remain underdeveloped, and we were recently told by her heart surgeon at Cardinal Glennon that unifocalization isn't feasible at this time and that her best chance may now lie in the hands of specialized surgical care at Stanford Children’s Hospital.

 

We are preparing for:

• Travel across the country for evaluation  & 

 unifocalization surgery)

 • Medical-related lodging and expenses -

Looking at possibly paying for the surgery

-May have to travel back &forth for later follow-up visits

 I have heard Stanford works well with people on these types of matters. 

 

We never imagined our baby girl’s life would be filled with so many battles so soon. But she is a fighter. She is our little heart hero. And we’re asking for your help to help give Chloe the best chance at a healthy heart.
