Chloe is my youngest sister and as of today, November 3rd, she was involved in a tragic car accident where she was ejected from the vehicle she was riding as a passenger in with her friends and suffered several severe injuries. The stress I’m seeing my parents go through for their youngest child is painful, and I would deeply appreciate any help you could provide for her and my family.
