Support Chloé Simons, Horseback Archer Aiming for Gold

My name is Chloé Simons, I’m 17 years old, and I am the current Junior World Champion and Junior European Champion in horseback archery — a spectacular, fast-paced sport that combines archery, riding, natural horsemanship, and intense concentration.

Horseback archery is one of the few sports where men and women compete on completely equal terms, with no separate categories. I’m currently ranked 4th in the world by the International Horseback Archery Alliance, and I’m the highest-ranked woman globally , an achievement that I’m proud of.

I'm really proud to say I have just been informed by the FFE (Federation Francaise d'equitaiton) that I have been selected for the French team for the 2025 Horseback Archery World Championships, taking place this September in Tennessee, USA. I have a chance to defend my world title, an incredible honour.

At international events this far from home we don’t compete with our own horses so Eden will stay at home. Instead, we ride horses provided by the organisers, which requires a high level of adaptability and horsemanship, it’s a unique and exciting challenge.

I need help to cover the following costs:

Horse hire on site

Je m’appelle Chloé Simons, j’ai 17 ans et je suis Championne du Monde Junior et Championne d’Europe Junior de tir à l’arc à cheval, un sport spectaculaire et exigeant qui allie tir à l’arc, équitation, travail en confiance avec le cheval et concentration intense.

Le tir à l’arc à cheval est l’un des rares sports où femmes et hommes concourent à égalité, sans catégories séparées. Je suis actuellement classée 4ᵉ mondiale par l’International Horseback Archery Alliance (IHAA), et je suis la femme la mieux classée au monde, ce dont je suis très fière.

Cette année, j’ai eu l’immense joie d’apprendre que la Fédération Française d’Équitation (FFE) m’a sélectionnée pour représenter la France lors des Championnat du Monde 2025 de tir à l’arc à cheval, qui se dérouleront en septembre prochain, au Tennessee, aux États-Unis.

C’est pour moi une occasion unique de défendre mon titre mondial, un honneur incroyable.

Lors des compétitions internationales, nous ne montons pas nos propres chevaux, Eden reste donc à la maison. Au lieu de cela, nous montons des chevaux fournis par les organisateurs ce qui nécessite un haut niveau d'adaptabilité et d'équitation, c'est un défi unique et passionnant.
