Heather is creating this fundraiser at the request of the family for Chloe Jade Brown and her boys. Chloe passed away unexpectedly, and her loved ones are now facing the heartbreaking task of honoring her life while also trying to support the children she loved so deeply. Chloe was a loving mother who loved her boys with her whole heart. The family wants to make sure she is taken care of properly and remembered with the dignity and love she deserves.
