Support Chizoma's Fight Against Leukemia

Hi friends and family of Chizoma,

As many of you know, Chizoma's leukemia has unfortunately relapsed—news that comes at what should have been a joyful and hopeful time in her life. She recently completed her MBA, was preparing to move out of Durham, and was looking forward to starting a new chapter back home in Houston. I met Chizoma and became good friends with her throughout our MBA program.

This relapse, following a stem cell transplant just one year ago, has complicated her care and created a great deal of uncertainty. The emotional and logistical stress of facing a serious illness—on top of relocating and being out of work for school—has been incredibly difficult for Chizoma and her family.

Her sister Nneka is receiving the funds on Chizoma's behalf so that their family can cover her cost of treatment as well as costs of her moving out and storing of her things.
