On Sunday night, 11/30, our beloved cat Chippy had to be rushed to urgent care due to a urinary blockage. He received a urinary catheterization, and stayed two nights at the vet, and was sent home after he looked to be getting better. They sent us home with a treament plan, and it was a rough start but the meds seemed to work at first. The next morning he was struggling again, and hadn’t peed for a while. We took him back to urgent care, and he’s got another blockage, and is going to need surgery to widen his urethra so he won’t have to go through this again. The vet is keeping him comfortable, and thinks this is the best way forward.

Unfortunately it’s taking a huge toll on us financially, but we’re going to exhaust every avenue to give him a chance. That’s why we’re asking for anything you can spare at all toward his surgery and recovery. He really is the sweetest boy on earth and brings so much joy and happiness to everyone he meets.
