Justice for Chino's Son: Legal and Bail Support

I am Chino from the Incredible Breakers. My son was wrongfully accused of a crime he did not commit and the costs for a Lawyer and Bail is outrageous. My family and I cannot afford it on our own. We discovered someone Hacked into my son’s computer using a device that my son, nor any of us own and this Hacker is pinning the crime on him. We found some evidence for his innocence but we need your help with costs for the Lawyer too. The Agents are very unprofessional, bullying my family, especially my son, who has health issues. We found out on June 23, 2025, the judge set his Bail at $100,000, no longer $290,000, as before, and we were hoping the Bail was significantly reduced more than this. The Lawyer is also asking for wages as well, that my family are struggling to afford too, saying we have to pay $1600 a month for his services, which is for the entire year and that is a total cost of $25,000, and we hope costs do not fluctuate. We have reason to believe his Civil Rights have been Violated and we learned he has been dealing with Biases as well. My son has a lot of Health Issues and they are not treating him well in confinement, and we fear things might get worse for his health. And This is all very overwhelming for my family and I. And we have recently been updated about another court date for August.

We need help finding out the truth and there is not much we can say about my son’s situation, due to our agreement of confidentiality with the lawyer, saying to not give specific details, because these agents may try to use something against him. And we believe he wasn't even read his Miranda Rights. So, please help us get justice for my son, to find the one who really committed the crime, because it was not my son, but whoever hacked into his computer did this, and we found some things to clarify this, but the authorities are not taking these things into consideration. We also learned their are many similar cases as his. We are working hard to collect evidence as much as possible, and we are going to do the best we can to prove his innocence and to save his life because he has health issues that requires medications and a strict diet. He is still recovering from Diverticulitis, which he was Hospitalized for a few times and the officers are purposely giving him the wrong food to make him sick, even though he mentioned over 3 times he cannot eat what they are serving him to the point where he is starving himself just to not feel sick, and this is concerning us the most.
