Support Chino's Emergency Vet Surgery
Donation protected
Please help me to raise money for my neighbor's dog, a yorkie named Chino. Our dogs have played in their own fenced in yards, everyday for the past 3 years without any problems. Until last week when my German Shepard somehow broke through the fence separating the yards and it is assumed Bow bit Chino. The event was unwitnessed by either home and it’s unsure how or what took place. Unfortunately, little Chino was severely injured. We assumed responsibility based on the broken fence. I did the right thing, and immediately drove chino and the owners to the emergency Vet. I paid the initial ER vet bill upon arrival. After initial tests, the vet determined that Chino's injuries required surgery. Chino had to have a kidney removed and part of his pancreas. He is home and recovering now. I feel awful, embarrassed, and deeply saddened that this happened. I have never had anything like this happen before. I do want to help this family pay Chino's vet bill of $12,000. As much as I wish I had this to give up front I do not. I am hoping to raise money to help this family pay this bill due to this horrible, unexpected tragedy, and help my family as well. 12,000 dollars is a lot of money. Please consider donating to this very worthy cause.
