Support Children's Education & Teachers' Salaries

Tax deductible
During the summer of 2023, I joined a DukeEngage program that allowed me to travel to Kaihura, a small village in Uganda. This life-changing trip allowed me to connect with Bringing Hope to the Family, a non-profit organization that continues to provide basic needs, education, and clean water to orphans and displaced families, ultimately restoring hope and improving the quality of life in communities affected by HIV and AIDs, poverty and tragedies.

As an ambassador for BHTFUSA, I am raising money to help fully sponsor 5 students' education for a year as well as provide a bonus for each of the 18 teachers who dedicate their lives to these children. Nyangoma, Prescillah, Violet, King Joshua, and Wilson are vibrant students who are eager to learn. Investing in their education can transform their lives and strengthen their future. The 18 teachers work tirelessly to give back to the children, even in small classrooms packed with 50 students at a time. Teachers ultimately shape these future leaders and serve as their primary mentors. Unfortunately, they are underpaid and need support to continue encouraging their service. Education is crucial for all children to reach their full potential and build a brighter future for themselves and generations to come.

To continue helping this cause, a donation of $50 a month could be made at BHTFUSA to help fully sponsor a child in Kaihura and support the teachers behind their education.
