Hi Everyone!

My latest fundraising/marathon challenge!

This year, I will be pushing myself to complete 2 big marathons in 4.5 months! Plus a 200 mile Christmas challenge!

First up will be the Philadelphia Marathon on November 24th, 2024. I'll be following this up with my 5th Abbott Major Marathon Tokyo, on March 2nd, 2025! These will sandwich 200 miles in the month of December.

My place in Tokyo is a charity place for Plan International Japan. So, for both I'll be raising money for Plan International Japan as well as Plan International USA. I'll be splitting the money equally!

Plan International is a global organization that works with children and girls in over 80 countries to help create a world where we are all equal.

They promote free, equal access to quality education for all children – from early learning to secondary education. They also work with communities, families, schools, and governments to protect children from harm. Additionally, they support youth empowerment to enable vulnerable children to understand and defend their rights and encourage them to join the girls’ rights movement.

Furthermore, they increase access to quality sexual health services and eliminate harmful practices such as female mutilation and early and child marriage. Finally, they support young children, particularly young women, to obtain the skills to increase young people’s access to financial services, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship and employment skills training.

An amazing cause I'm very happy and determined to support!!
