I bet you're wondering how I got here.

Well, I'm here to tell you that even the greatest fall sometimes. No, but in all seriousness I am in an impossible situation right now. I came down with the flu twice, back to back, and was sick for all of February and March of 2025. I lost a significant amount of income due to this, and fell behind on every bill imaginable.

I was unable to pay April's rent, nor was I able to pay the electricity bill for March and April. I have been unable to afford basic necessities such as groceries, toiletries, and my medications. Due to my financial hardship, I have not been able to afford my doctor's appointments for my mental health, and can no longer afford my prescriptions.

I have job interviews coming up, but I will not be able to cover rent or utilities for May either. Because of this, my landlord has filed for eviction with the court for April's unpaid rent. I have exhausted all of my resources and am reaching out to you all, from the bottom of my heart, to ask for any assistance that you are able to provide. Anything helps. It truly does. Please help me get back on my feet!
