Hey friends,

I’m reaching out today with vulnerability and hope. This past year, I’ve poured my energy into rebuilding after leaving an abusive relationship—returning to school, starting a small business, and being fully present for my kids while healing my body and soul.

last weekend, I experienced a mild heart attack and seizure while donating plasma just trying to stay make ends meet. My car also broke down, and my food stamp support has been delayed. (I’m approved but it’s been a month long waiting process to get the card/ funds.) I’m still working and pushing through, but the pressure has become overwhelming to where it’s affecting my health.

I created a GoFundMe to raise $2,000 to help cover June rent, groceries, bills, and either repair or replace my car.
