Support Chesney's Journey to New Lungs

My name is Kristin and im the sole caretaker and the mom of chesney who is 24 years old and has cystic fibrosis since birth. Within the past year she now needs a double lung transplant from a very bad bacteria attacking her lungs. She is 2 weeks shy of being put on a transplant list and will be highly ranked to receive her lungs. If she doesn't get this transplant her life expectancy is less than 5 years. I'm not one to ask for help, but we have spent alot of time in hospitals and have been traveling to cleveland clinic frequently. We will be residing in Cleveland post transplant for 3 to 6 months so we will need housing , prescriptions for her long term that aren't covered under insurance , gas and food. not to mention medivac to fly her for new lungs is 13,000 not covered under insurance. We also will have our bills back home in pa to keep up with while we are gone.
