Support Cheryl's Transition to Long-Term Care

This fundraiser is to support Cheryl Young and her family as she transitions to long-term care in an assisted living facility.

As many of you may know, Cheryl has been fiercely battling Multiple Sclerosis and giving it a hell of a fight, beating odds that have left her doctors and specialists baffled at her resilience, determination, and good humor. With the significant decline of her vision, mobility, memory, and income, it’s time to consolidate and gather together for this next phase.

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover her needs - medication, food, access aids, transportation, etc - fully, and disability is a gauntlet. This fundraiser is to ensure that her housing and immediate needs will be covered in the short-term, as there are no savings, and her home and belongings will most likely be sold at a loss due to the market.
