Friends and Family,

We are reaching out today with heavy hearts to share that our incredible mom, Cheryl Cicero, has recently been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. This diagnosis has turned our world upside down, and together, we are relying on our faith in God to guide us, strengthen us, and help us through this challenging and uncertain road ahead.

Ovarian cancer is an aggressive and unpredictable disease, but our mom’s strength, courage, and faith are unwavering. In a career spanning over three decades, our mother has touched the lives of countless children, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts and futures.

As a dedicated educator and mentor, she has nurtured young minds, and hearts. Her passion for teaching was not just a job; it was a calling that brought joy to her heart and growth to her students. She has always been a beacon of love, kindness, and selflessness, pouring her heart into everyone around her.

Unfortunately, with this recent diagnosis, she is now unable to work and has had to close her business. With the loss of income, the cost of medical treatments, surgeries, hospital stays, and ongoing care feel overwhelming. As a family, we are coming together to support and take care of her, just as she has for us through the years.

We are trusting in God's plan and believing that with His guidance, our mom will overcome this battle. His word says in Jeremiah 30:17, “For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord.” We stand firm in that promise and trust that He is already at work. She has always been the person who selflessly gives to others, offering her love, care, and support to everyone around her. Now, it’s our turn to give back and support her in her time of need.

What We Need

Between chemotherapy sessions, doctor visits, and medication, the financial strain is growing, and it’s a lot for our family to bear. We’re raising funds to help with the medical expenses, transportation to and from appointments, and to ensure our mom can focus on her healing without the stress of financial uncertainty.
