5/01/25 UPDATE: Cheryl's journey with cancer has been one of courage, resilience, and unwavering hope. She continues to receive immunotherapy treatments all while taking care of her family and patients at work. Cheryl's story: In August, our dear friend and colleague was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. This diagnosis shook her world and everyone around her. She dedicated the last 8-9 years to helping others working as a nurse and had just started her role as a Nurse Practioner in 2024. So far, she has undergone chemotherapy, surgery and continues to face a long road to recovery.

Cheryl is an amazing mother and sole provider to her 5-year-old daughter, Cam. She enjoys working out and spending time with family. All proceeds will go to covering medical bills, travel, mortgage, miscellaneous necessities, and care for Cam.
