Hi everyone, my name is Brad Logsdon, and I’m a longtime member of Moorpark Country Club. I’m reaching out today on behalf of my dear friend and one of our favorite friendly faces behind the bar — Cheryl Smith.

Recently, Cheryl experienced a serious medical emergency that has turned her world upside down. While she is thankfully on the road to recovery, it’s going to be a long journey — and she’ll be out of work for quite some time as she focuses on healing.

If you’ve spent any time at Moorpark Country Club, you know Cheryl. She’s the heart of the clubhouse — always greeting everyone with a smile, remembering your favorite drink, and making everyone feel welcome. She’s more than just a bartender; she’s part of what makes our community so special.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.

All funds raised will go directly to Cheryl to help cover medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and day-to-day living expenses while she’s unable to work.

Every donation — no matter the size — will make a difference and show Cheryl just how loved and supported she is by her Moorpark family and beyond.
