Stand with Cheryl, a mother of four battling stage 4 uterine cancer.
Hi everyone, my name is Sara, oldest daughter of Cheryl Montgomery. I'm raising funds to help cover my mom's growing living expenses...back In September 2024, Cheryl Montgomery went in for a hysterectomy pre op only to find nodules in her lungs. Shortly after she was diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer which also spread to her lungs and stomach. She has been in and out of hospitals since December...and for the most part of this year has spent weeks and months away from her home trying to recover and get better seeking treatment...
Due to factors that are out of the doctors control, my mother's condition isnt getting better....
Currently, the doctors are saying that there is an obstruction in her bowel and unfortunately surgery isn't an option due to it possibly causing more complications....they are now suggesting at this point our focus needs to be making her comfortable either at hospice or at home.
Although we may not be able to save my mom, if we all come together, we can save the house. She worked so hard and took very good care of her home before cancer cheated her out of her upcoming retirement...I am asking for your support to help ease the financial strain during this difficult time.....My mom has handled all of her bills mortgage on her own up until these recent tragic events...this house is a part of her legacy that will live on just like the memories created there that we shared over the holidays...
We would never asked you guys to do anything that we weren't already doing first. Since October we have been holding down all of her expenses and medical treatments not covered by her insurance .. Your donations will go directly towards medical costs not covered by insurance, ongoing care for Cheryl and monthly expenses.
I thank you in advance for any donations given. Even if you are unable to donate please share this fundraiser because every share will make a difference. May your prayers lift up Cheryl Montgomery's name for healing.
Sincerely
Sara
