Cheryl Bain has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), and her family is now facing an incredibly hard journey.

Cheryl is currently receiving care at Nebraska Medicine, where she will undergo daily chemo infusions. Her treatment plan consists of one week of treatment, 3 weeks off. At this time, Cheryl is not able to receive a transplant but if her condition stabilizes, this may be an option in the future.

Her husband Tim is a dedicated mechanic for the City of CB, working hard to keep city employees safe on the roads. Right now, his focus is where it needs to be - by Cheryl’s side.

We are asking for your support to help ease the financial burden placed on their family. Donations will go towards lost wages during Tim’s unpaid time off and towards growing medical bills.

Cheryl is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, her food if she was starving. She is kind, compassion and her strong faith gives her strength.
