Support Chelsie's Journey to Maori Bodywork Training

Hi there! My name is Chelsie and I am a massage therapist of almost 8 years. I currently work with St. Jude Hospital while simultaneously maintaining my own private practice.

An amazing opportunity has come my way in the form of a unique Māori bodywork training course offered in New Zealand. I recently experienced this modality of manual therapy and it completely changed my perspective on body work. I was in tears and completely shaken to the core, in a good way. I know this training would enhance my career and understanding of the body. I also can’t wait to be able to offer this work to my own clients here in the US.

My current concern is funding my way to New Zealand and the training. Flight costs alone are daunting along with the cost of the program. With the early bird rate I’m at $2,753.81 USD ($4,500 NZD) and then after August 1st it would cost $3,365.77 ($5,500 NZD). Flight costs are upwards to $1,000 USD.

This is where you come in! I’m asking for help getting to New Zealand and through the training course ($4000). Any amount is appreciated but I would love to offer donors of over $50 a 25% discount for their first 2 sessions of Maori bodywork at my office to show my appreciation and new skill set! (Ask for more details about office location and hours etc)
