My name is Jake Johnson and I'm raising funds for my children's mother, Chesley. Both of our children are autistic, and one needs to go to a specialist because of his level of autism. Their names are Kairi, our daughter, and Kai, our son.

Chelsey is really going through a rough time financially and medically. She just found out she has chronic kidney failure; it's stage 4, so now she's on dialysis. They are saying she will also need a kidney transplant and possibly a pancreas transplant because of her diabetes. She's had multiple toe amputations due to the diabetes as well. It's been going on for years now, and things are wearing kind of thin.

Chelsey is very depressed due to her condition and them telling her she's basically going to die if she can't get a kidney. I can't even imagine how that feels. Any help would be appreciated and will help take the pressure off of her financially and medically. God bless anyone and everyone who could help our cause.
