Chelsey and I have always been incredibly close. She’s the kind of person who puts others first, caring for her own family while also supporting those around her. Right now, Chelsey is facing difficult life tribulations and raising two young children, one of whom has special needs and requires ongoing medical intervention. On top of all this, her father recently passed away suddenly after finding out he had an advanced stage of cancer. Because he wasn’t married, Chelsey has been left with the responsibility of handling all the funeral expenses and settling his unpaid bills, all while continuing to care for her children and manage her own household.

The financial burden has become overwhelming for Chelsey. She’s doing her best to stay strong for her kids, but the costs of the funeral and the outstanding bills are more than she can handle alone. I believe that with the support of friends, family, and our community, we can help ease some of this burden for her. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward covering funeral expenses and unpaid bills, giving Chelsey the chance to focus on her children and begin to heal from this loss.
