I never thought I would be in a position where I’d need to write something like this for myself...but here we are.
I’ve recently been named as a defendant in a federal lawsuit after creating commentary videos about a public situation involving an individual widely discussed online. My content focused on public records, publicly available information, and my personal opinions, and, as always, I encouraged viewers not to contact or harass anyone involved.

**Why I Need Help**
In order to properly respond and protect myself, I need to retain legal counsel in Nebraska.
The initial retainer is $5,000, which covers:
* Reviewing the complaint
* Preparing my formal response (Answer)
