Hi all!
My name is Chelsea. If you knew me, you'd know that pursuing to get dental care has been a recent triumph that came with overcoming trauma and just not having the means to pay without worrying about other expenses. My most recent issue being that I had to double down on seeking treatment because the state of a particular tooth left me with having to feel it break away, piece by piece, until it became unbearable. Thankfully, I was able to find offices that took my insurance, but I quickly met my maximum when I was told one root canal had to become two. I've had to opt for a "temporary" fill for the crown that they had to drill through to retreat a previous root canal because replacing it is another big expense to worry about amongst the several other procedures I've been advised to do in the future. My relationship with my dental hygiene has definitely improved nonetheless, but the costs and endless care over the past couple of months has been retriggering. I have been able to manage with whatever rainy day savings but now I've come across sudden bills that have become quite daunting for me cover.
Donations are going to be prioritized towards expenses that were not covered by insurance and help build up towards future care. And, if you can't donate, sharing across social media is equally appreciated!
Every little bit counts and I will update with any progress. I'll be ever so grateful for any generosity one could offer, thank you!
