Help Chelsea Keep Fighting Stage 4 Breast Cancer
Hi, I’m Chelsea Campbell—a mom, a survivor, and a stage 4 thriver.
In April 2024, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)—a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. Since then, my life has been shaped by surgeries, infusions, complications, and incredible highs and lows. Now, one year into this battle, I’m still undergoing treatment, still raising my son, and still fighting for my life.
Why I'm Raising Funds Now
On May 5, 2024, I was hospitalized after a life-threatening immune reaction to Keytruda, a critical part of my treatment. A GoFundMe campaign was created during that crisis—but not by me. The listed beneficiary was my mother, and despite the original intent, only 30% of the funds ever reached me.
That campaign has since expired, and I have no access to the remaining funds. I’ve reached out to past donors personally in hopes of resolving things quietly and respectfully—because this situation is deeply personal.
Now, with medical costs rising and treatment still ongoing, I’m creating this new fundraiser—fully managed by me—to continue my care and reclaim control of my healing journey.
My Current Treatment Plan
I receive care at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles with a dedicated team of oncologists.
Keytruda infusions every 3 weeks (part of a 2-year plan)
Xeloda oral chemotherapy – I’m currently in Cycle 3 of 8, with Cycle 4 starting May 13, 2025
Ongoing labs, scans, and appointments
Childcare for my 3-year-old son
Dental care & surgery – including an upcoming gum surgery on May 19, which became urgent after months of deferred care due to high infection risk during treatment
Why Integrative & Functional Medicine Matters
Healing from cancer takes more than medications—it takes support for the whole body. I’ve incorporated functional medicine into my care plan, including:
Supplements to protect my organs and reduce chemo side effects
Nutritional therapy to strengthen immunity and energy
Acupuncture for pain and stress
Detox protocols and gut health support
None of these therapies are covered by insurance, but they’ve helped me feel human again during the most inhuman of experiences. Your support helps me heal fully—not just survive.
But the fight isn’t over. Treatments continue. Expenses keep adding up. And I still need your help.
What Your Donation Supports
Continued access to Keytruda & Xeloda
Medical appointments, labs, and imaging
Gum surgery and essential dental care
Functional medicine therapies not covered by insurance
Childcare for my son while I recover
