My name is Alyssa and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend Chelsea Lopez.
She is one of the strongest, kindest, and most loving people I know and she has been through so much the past few years..
Recently, Chelsea was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation, a serious condition where brain tissue extends into the spinal canal, causing severe pain, dizziness, and other neurological symptoms. Her doctors have recommended surgery to relieve the pressure and prevent further complications.
- Unfortunately, as a single mother, Chelsea does not have insurance that will cover the cost of this critical procedure. Between medical bills, travel expenses for treatment, and being out of work during her recovery, the financial burden is overwhelming and she does not want to accept help from anyone.
I hope we can take some of the burden off of her, as this is a major procedure. ❤️
