Support Chelsea Cox's Recovery from Guillain-Barré
Donation protected
Rick and I are trying to help our daughter, Chelsea Cox, who was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome.
It has had her hospitalized for the past 2 weeks. She has little muscle coordination with her arms, her legs are so weak she is unable to stand, and she is unable to move her body. This disease has her in extreme pain that it breaks our hearts. She will have to go to a physical rehabilitation center for inpatient physical therapy. Doctors have said it's a long road ahead of 4 to 6 months or more to fully regain movement. We are trying to raise money to help us pay her household and medical bills. Between rent, her car payment, car insurance, electric, water, medical, and other costs, we can only do so much financially ourselves for her.
We don't want her to stress about being able to afford bills and care for herself.
We wouldn't be doing a GoFundMe for her if we had any other choice.
