Friends and family, especially those in Topeka, Chef’s Kiss Ristorante was broken into last night - the second break-in in less than a week. This business is locally owned and operated by long-time Topeka community members who set out to fulfill their dream of owning their own restaurant and making it a place everyone loved.

As a small business that hasn’t even been open a year, these break-ins are devastating. While they are insured, each incident has a deductible. Each incident means they have to close, at least for a day if not longer, so they are unable to bring in money to pay the deductible and their other expenses.
