Our beloved friend, Chef Miguel, is experiencing an unimaginable loss after the passing of his wife, Luz Roman, who courageously battled cancer. Luz was more than a wife—she was a source of love, strength, and light to everyone who knew her. Her fight was long and difficult, and throughout it all, Miguel stood faithfully by her side with unwavering devotion.

As a dedicated chef, Miguel has always worked tirelessly to provide for his family and serve his community with passion and heart. Those who know him know his kindness, his work ethic, and the pride he takes in caring for others. Now, he is the one who needs our support.
