Hello Family & Friends,

I’m here to share some really exciting news! As I sit here writing this with a full heart, and bold faith, I’m optimistic about my future in the culinary world. Many of you have supported me and my endeavors for the last 5 years, as I built Flavor of Fox from a dream into a thriving culinary business. In 2024, I left my corporate job to pursue my business full time. Since then, I’ve cooked for NFL and NBA athletes, artists, entertainers, retreats abroad, and countless milestone celebrations and gatherings filled with love and good food. This past summer, I had the opportunity to cook in France, and it ignited a fire in me to fully indulge in the French culinary scene.

Today, I’m sharing the next step in my journey.

I am pursuing advanced culinary training in Paris, at École Ducasse, founded by one of the most celebrated chefs in the world, Alain Ducasse. This is one of the most elite culinary schools in the WORLD.

After initially applying for the culinary essentials program, I was encouraged by the program director to apply for the Expert Culinary Diploma starting this upcoming February. The intensive program spans over 7 weeks. It requires 200 hours of hands-on cooking, as well as sustainability practice in operations, and food & beverage management. There are no more than 10 people per class, allowing for intimate, personalized instruction.

The opportunity to study in Paris feels like divine alignment, a chance to refine my skills, gain world-class training, and bring that knowledge back to continue growing Flavor of Fox into an international brand.

I’m raising $20,000 to cover tuition, housing, and living expenses while studying abroad. Tuition is paid in three installments, beginning with an immediate deposit of $4,000 to secure my seat.
