Chef Eddie has always been more than a chef to the people around him — he is 'Your Guy,' someone who shows up for his community with heart, generosity, and care. Today, Eddie needs that same love and support in return. Eddie recently became seriously ill with complications related to his heart and required hospitalization. His medical team is still working to determine the cause of his condition and the best treatment plan moving forward. What is already clear is that Eddie will not be able to return to his kitchen for some time.

This fundraiser is being organized by Eddie’s sister, NuNu, and his adopted mother, Melinda. We are both his advocates and his biggest fans, and we want to help ease the burden he is facing during this difficult time. As Eddie focuses on healing, he is also facing loss of income, everyday living expenses, and growing medical costs. The funds raised here will go directly to Eddie to help cover those urgent needs while he recovers and works toward getting back on his feet.
