As many of you may have heard, our dear Chef Daniel Ellis suffered a tragic accident last week. He was hit by a car as he crossed the street and has been in ICU at the University Hospital in Columbia since.
Daniel is the Chef at the J. Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock and his dear fiancée, Erica, is the coffee queen at Arrow Rock's beloved Bingham's Coffee House. Daniel and Erica both have a passion and love for Arrow Rock, the Tavern, and the Coffee House like no other. Their dedication to the success of this small community is monumental. This tragedy has left them needing our support, unable to work, and the travel expenses needed for Erica while caring for Daniel are becoming a strain.
