On Tuesday evening, our beloved Chef Charles was rushed to the hospital with severe chest pain. After several tests, doctors discovered he has two blocked arteries and will need to undergo emergency open-heart surgery on Wednesday October 29th.

This sudden health crisis has turned our world upside down. As a result, we’ve made the incredibly hard decision to close our Algiers Point location on December 31st so we can focus fully on Charles’s recovery and healing.

Charles is the heart of 14 Parishes — the flavor, the fire, the reason we exist. We’re asking for your help during this overwhelming time.
