Support Chef Ceda: Help Close Cafe 9ine's Chapter

Dear friends, family, and beloved customers,

This is one of the hardest messages I’ve ever had to write. After four years of pouring my heart and soul into Cafe 9ine, the time has come to close our doors. Effective immediately, we will be closed as I navigate the next steps and figure out what the future holds. I have loved every single moment of this journey, but the weight of rising food costs, labor expenses, and other daily demands has simply become too heavy to bear on my own.

Cafe 9ine was more than just a place to grab a coffee or a quick bite; it was a space for connection, for laughter, and for friendship. And while it was a home for so many of you, it was also my entire world. Every day, as the owner, operator, and often the only employee, I did everything I could to keep this space alive. I’ve lived and breathed Cafe 9ine, and each of you became a part of my extended family. Watching this dream end is profoundly difficult, and I am incredibly grateful to each of you who have been part of this experience.

While we’re now closed, we plan to hold a final gathering day to celebrate and say our goodbyes. I hope you’ll join us for one last coffee, one last memory, and one final chance to share in the space we built together.

In this transition, I am asking for your support to help me close out this chapter without the burden of lingering debt. Any contributions will go towards covering outstanding expenses and help me find stability in this uncertain time. Your support now means more than I can put into words.
