Support Chef Carlos' Recovery Journey

My name is Chef Carlos. Senor Fuego to many of our Fuego fans.

On May 13, 2025. I was assaulted at my restaurant by three Individuals.

We had reached out before for help, but we never imagined how severe the damage was to my knee. It has been almost three months, and we have a clearer picture of the extent of the injury. The MRI shows a fracture in my knee that will require surgery and more time off. We are again asking for any kind of donation. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference to help with my recovery. Many mom-and-pop shops don't have health insurance, nor do you expect to be assaulted at work.

Please don't feel any pressure. We are grateful for all the support so far. Every message, card and letter that has been sent has been touching and appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support as we are navigating through this tough time. The Rodriguez family works hard to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our guests to visit. Our guests are our extended family, and we are honored to serve all of you.
