Help Cheeto Fight Ongoing Urinary & Kidney Infections

This is Cheeto. Our sweet, gentle, deeply loved boy who has been fighting recurring urinary issues for over a year now.

Over the past year, Cheeto has been hospitalized three times, with two of those hospitalizations occurring in just the last two months, including the one he is currently in. Each time, what begins as a urinary tract infection escalates quickly, spreading to his kidneys and becoming severe enough to require emergency care. These hospital stays involve IV fluids, strong antibiotics, imaging, monitoring, and extended veterinary care just to stabilize him.

Despite ongoing treatment and doing everything we can at home, these infections keep returning. Each one hitting harder than the last.

We never imagined asking for help like this, but we’re at a breaking point financially. Last year, we lost our beloved Milo after a long, devastating battle with cancer and paralysis. His care and treatments totaled over $20,000, and we are still carrying that debt while grieving his loss. Now, facing repeated emergency hospitalizations for Cheeto, we simply cannot keep up on our own.

Every decision we’ve made has been centered around giving our pets the care they deserve. Cheeto is still fighting. He still has quality of life. He still greets us, eats, purrs, and deserves a chance to heal without us having to choose between his life and financial ruin.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

• Emergency hospitalization and overnight care

• IV fluids and antibiotics

• Diagnostic testing and imaging

• Follow-up care and long-term management to prevent future infections
