Support Cheddar's Medical Needs

I'm 15 years old trying to save up enough money to be able to take my 3-year-old cat to the emergency vet. His name is Cheddar, and he is so sweet. Just a week ago, Cheddar was diagnosed with lower urinary tract disease, and we thought he was getting better. He is still straining to urinate, and whenever he does urinate, it is very saturated in blood, and he is starting to meow out in pain. We are starting our goal to $1300 for the exam and diagnostics, but if surgery is necessary, we will need to adjust our goal accordingly.
