My dad is in end-stage heart failure and the only thing that can fix it is a heart transplant. The doctors are going to put in an LVAD device to keep him alive until he can get a heart. The doctors said he only has a 40-50% chance of being alive in the next 2 years. I've already lost my mom; I really don't wanna lose my dad. I'm only 15. He cannot work. He has lost the only way that he could provide for me and him. He was a good provider until his heart gave out.

The doctors said that they won't even consider the LVAD surgery if he doesn't have any money put away. Please donate what you can; anything can help out.
