I come to our community today as a cry for help. My dear friend Chau unfortunately received a parking citation while having brunch and mimosas. what did she do wrong? missing her parking time by over 15 min. a girl was just having fun.... please dear community can we come together to help rally for our dear sister chau and help her pay her $77 ticket so she can put that money towards tastea popcorn chicken.
