On 4/02/2025, Cody and Camrie took Chasyn into the doctor for what they believed to be something simple, a stuffy nose, and an upset stomach. When the doctors checked Chasyns vitals, his heart rate was through the roof, at 250 BPM. What started out as a simple doctors visit has turned into something unimaginable for any parent. Doctors took action, and they were sent to Community Hospital in Idaho Falls in hopes of dropping his heart rate. While at Community Hospital, they were told he would need to see a cardiologist, and we did not have one here in the area. 2 month old Chasyn and his mom Camrie, were life flighted to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. His heart was working in overdrive to keep his small body alive and going. The medical term for what happened is "Coarctation."

Basically, part of his aorta was too narrow, so they had to do surgery to remove that. He has an arrhythmia called "SVT", which causes his heart to pump faster and harder than it should.

He had surgery on 4/03/2025, and is recovering in the ICU at this time.

I'm starting this Go Fund Me in hopes that our friends, family, and community will rally around Cody, Camrie, and sweet little Chasyn during this time, and possibly help ease the financial burden on them. The funds will go directly to Cody and Camrie to help with Medical expenses, meals, gas for transportation, and anything they might need to bring this little guy back home in good health.

He has a long road ahead of him, so let's be a part of their village, and ease the road to recovery for him.
