Support Chase's Recovery and Family Needs

Hello, my name is Chase. I have my CDL and drive a spud truck. I am also a volunteer firefighter.

On January 2nd, I had ACL reconstruction. I figured I could be back to work by now, but I'm not. Throughout this month, I lost my health insurance; they canceled it on Dec 31st. All I had was my work insurance, but since I wasn't at my job for a year, I didn't qualify for FMLA. I still have a job there but am currently unemployed technically. I'm losing my insurance through them at the end of January. I have applied for Medicaid temporarily, but who knows how long that will take. I'm doing physical therapy and everything I can to get back to work.

With that being said, I thought I had more figured out, but I don't. I'm about to lose everything as I don't have any income. My wife is a stay-at-home mom and is also pregnant. We have 2 beautiful kids already. I usually don't ask for help as it makes me feel worthless, but I am out of options. I have so many things due and no money to pay them. With all this going on with bills, my surgery, and about to lose insurance, I feel as if I have hit a dead end that I can't return from.
