This gofund me has been put together by a bunch of Neals old High School Friends. Neal recently passed away and we are doing what we can to help out his Son Chase. Neals Mom started a college fund for him with TD but we thought we may be able to get better results by starting this page and passing it around social media. His Mom will receive the total amount to which will be added to the account. Please help out however you can.
