Chase is just 12 years old and recently received news no child or family should ever have to face. He has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. In the weeks and months ahead, Chase will be undergoing an intense treatment plan that includes multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgery, and then more chemotherapy as he bravely fights this battle.

Chase is a kind-hearted, athletic and energetic young boy who should only be worrying about school, friends, and enjoying being a kid — not doctors’ appointments and hospital stays. Despite this difficult diagnosis, Chase meets each day with courage and a smile that inspires everyone around him.
