Support Chase Siggelkow's Life-Changing Surgery
Donation protected
Hey everyone!
My name is Morgan Owens and I am raising funds for my brother, Chase Siggelkow's, medical bills. If you do not know Chase, he is a wonderful person. He currently works for Forsyth County Fire Department in their IT department and is on their drone team. Chase is such a genuine and kind person and would give his shirt off of his back to anyone. Therefore, I want to be able to help my brother as much as possible during this transition.
This past year Chase has gone through many positive life changing transitions. Some of these transitions have been mental, spiritual, and physical. In August of last year, Chase weighed close to 400 pounds. Chase made a huge decision to prioritize himself and his health and he currently is weighing just under 230 pounds almost one year later. Some of the life changes that Chase made for this to happen included eating healthier, exercising daily, and he stopped smoking and drinking also.
Throughout this process Chase has not only been meeting but has been excelling at his goals. I am beyond proud to have been able to see Chase go through this process. His motivation is truly inspiring.
However, the process is still not over and there are new challenges that Chase has to face now. Chase is now at the point where surgery for excess skin removal is necessary to improve the quality of his life. Unfortunately, insurance does not see these procedures as medically necessary, so the procedures are not being covered by them. The surgeries that he needs can be pretty expensive also. However, it is at the point where the surgeries are a necessity for him. Chase is scheduled to have his first surgery on August 14th and then the second surgery will come approximately three months after the first one. Chase is not one to reach out and ask for help. Therefore, I am here asking for help for him. If you would like to help support Chase through this journey and be part of his transformation, I ask that you please donate below. Any little bit helps in this instance. I want to thank everyone in advance for the support and prayers as Chase goes through this.
