Support Chase Evans' Road to Recovery

My son, Chase Evans, had a tragic accident on April 24th where he fell 40 ft. He has a fractured pelvis, two broken arms, and a tiny brain bleed with bruising in his brain. He is currently in Indianapolis at the RHI rehab facility.

Recovering is going to be a challenge for him to get back to his old self. He is doing a fabulous job in the 2 weeks he's been here already!! His road is going to be rocky, but he has determination to be the best that he can be!!

All proceeds will be used to pay medical bills that his insurance won't cover, and his car payments for the most part. Any amount would be appreciated and welcomed by his entire family. Thank you all in advance for your support.
