My name is Tom Dombalis, and I am one of Josh Hardison’s best friends. Yesterday, Josh passed away very unexpectedly in his sleep. His story has been filled with tragedy and resilience. During Covid, Josh lost his wife after she was given a treatment she had specifically declined. She passed away shortly after giving birth to their daughter, Charlotte, leaving Josh to raise her as a single parent. Despite the heartbreak, Josh showed incredible resolve and grit, dedicating his life to Charlotte and always putting her first.

I never imagined that Josh would leave us so soon. Now, his four-year-old daughter Charlotte is left without either parent. Her living situation is still being sorted out, but what is certain is that she deserves a bright and secure future. I am organizing this fundraiser to honor Josh’s memory and to ensure that Charlotte has the opportunity for a good education when she grows up. Every penny raised will go directly into a trust for her education—this I swear on my life. Josh lived for Charlotte, and I want to make sure his love and dedication continue to support her, even in his absence.

UPDATE: The trust is in the process of being finalized to insure that every single penny that comes in goes DIRECTLY to Charlotte’s future. Everything will be completely transparent and accountable. Right now Charlotte’s future is uncertain. I am very confident that God’s hand will guide her future. We continue to pray for her and where she will be. A service for Josh has finally been released which is perplexing on the time frame. Here are the arrangements as I have discovered.
