If we're really lucky, we get to meet someone who embodies all the goodness we hope to see in the world...an angel amongst us mere mortals.

Charlotte, or Charlie as many know her, is truly one such angel.

It's how I met her--a healer looking for some healing of her own. Enter Charlotte, an intuitive deeply compassionate therapist with decades of experience and her assistant Copper--a Thoroughbred turned equine therapy companion she'd rescued and gave new life to.

Because that's what Charlotte does--she sees people and animals, somehow knows exactly what they need and is ALWAYS there to help, support, witness--to do whatever needs doing.

**But now it's Charlotte's turn to receive...Charlotte who needs our help**

In July of last year (2025), what began as painful numbing in her hands and feet turned out to be Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia (WM)--a rare form of blood cancer.

In the blink of an eye, Charlotte went from balancing a full time counseling job as a full time horsewoman to being transported for life saving procedures like dialysis, chemotherapy, and repeated blood transfusions.

Fighter that she is, Charlotte is still here--still helping others while fighting an uphill battle and a growing amount of medical debt. The current goal of this fundraiser is for the $15,000 of existing medical expenses but Charlotte's fight is far from over.

There are follow-up appointments, scans, and upcoming treatments she cannot currently afford. No one should be unable to receive the treatment they need to survive because of the cost.

While Charlotte continues to do her part, fighting this disease & somehow managing to still work full time, we need a village to support her in raising funds to cover her existing debt and generate additional funds to help her receive the care she needs moving forward.
