Support Charlotte Grace's Battle with Leukemia

Hi, my name is Casi Brooks and I am writing to you on behalf of the Mootry family. As some of you already know, Mike and Maritza’s sweet baby girl, 14 mo old Charlotte Grace was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After lots of blood work, a bone marrow test, and a spinal tap, they have also learned not only are the cancer cells in her blood but also in her liver. As Charlotte is going through chemo they will be repeating all of these test on a regular basis to make sure the cancer is not spreading.

They have a treatment plan set in place and it’s as follows. Charlotte will be receiving aggressive chemotherapy twice a week for 28 days, during that time they will also be checking her bone marrow to see how her body is reacting to the chemotherapy. After the 28 days the Doctors will have a good idea on how to move forward to kill all the cancer cells. As of right now, the doctors have said the treatment plan will be a total of 2 years. Charlotte has a very long road to recovery ahead of her, as does her daddy, mommy, and big brother Kenny.

The money that is raised will help Mike and Maritza get through one of the hardest battles they will ever face.
