We are raising funds for my sister, Charlotte Martin, an artist in LA and owner of a small music school. She is currently evacuating her home in the Eaton Fire area (1/13/25).

The LA fires have displaced her from her home and recording studio. While she has had some success as an artist and her small business, in LA that means she barely gets by.

Family and friends have been working to connect her with available City, State, and Federal resources but other than basic shelter there is no immediate gap for those that have limited resources.

Please note that Charlotte cannot leave California due to her responsibilities as a single mom. While some may view the situation in California harshly, Charlotte and others like her are simply trying to survive and care for their families.
