Recently, she suffered a devastating blow—she was scammed out of over $80,000, and her bank refused to help because the transactions appeared authorized. This happened while Charlotte was emotionally exhausted from caring for her husband, who is on hospice with only weeks left. The stress and heartbreak of watching her partner fade, combined with the financial loss, has left Charlotte in an unimaginable situation.

With her husband’s passing imminent, Charlotte faces not only the loss of her companionship but also his income. All their assets have been liquidated, and she is left with no way to cover basic bills, medical expenses, or the costs associated with end-of-life care, including memorial and cremation expenses. Charlotte has always managed on her own, but now, for the first time, she needs help.
